Meet our host, Lisa Snowdon

We are delighted to welcome TV and radio presenter Lisa Snowdon as our host for this year’s Awards. Having struggled with debilitating menopause symptoms herself, Lisa knows first-hand the importance of having understanding and supportive people around you. We love the fact she’s so open about this and unafraid to be speak out to help others.

Money raised funds menopause charities and research

Together we'll make a huge difference, funding vital research and supporting charities to fulfil their work to help those who are negatively impacted by menopause.

Last year, with the support of the 2023 sponsors, we raised £75,000 making a huge difference to lives, for example:

• Bournemouth University: fully funding research on menopause and autism

• Daisy Network: Funding free counselling sessions for young women diagnosed with Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POI)

This year, there are 8 organisation award categories and 1 individual award category: The Carolyn Lazarus Award for Best Individual Contribution.

All members have the opportunity to apply for award categories HERE.

Award applications will be assessed by the Menopause Friendly Independent Panel of experts - all of whom have had distinguished careers, and are passionate about accelerating change in menopause in the workplace.

Key dates:

• All applications must be received by 3 May 2024

• Finalists for each category will be announced in 21 May 2024

• Winners will be announced on the night of the Awards Ceremony: 11 September 2024
