The Human Jukebox Is Back!

Your Requests. Your Night. Anything Goes!

Two Ultra-Intimate Shows • Just 17 Seats Per Show

What happens when you put a powerhouse vocalist, a guitar, and a seemingly endless catalog of songs in a room with 17 people? Johnny Valentine happens. And anything can happen!

Back by popular demand, Johnny Valentine returns to the Velvet Monkey with his incredible voice, quick wit, larger-than-life personality, and one very simple invitation: Name that tune!

From timeless classics and soulful ballads to rock, pop, R&B, and songs you haven't heard in years, Johnny has a way of pulling just about anything out of his musical hat. And with requests flying, stories flowing, and plenty of laughs along the way, no two shows are ever quite the same.

A beloved Hawaiʻi entertainer from an extraordinarily musical family (including his nephew Bruno Mars!), Johnny has spent decades captivating audiences with his remarkable versatility and unmistakable style.

At the Velvet Monkey, there’s no big stage separating Johnny from the audience. Just great music, spontaneous moments, a little mischief, and the kind of up-close experience that makes you realize you're hanging out with one of Hawaiʻi's most entertaining musicians.

Come with your favorite song in mind. Johnny just might play it!
