It's a call to stretch our imaginations and move through a spectrum of archetypes, to dress them up, to get inside them and give them expression. No one else can be a person exactly like you. No one else can embody your soul, project your magic or have your specific curiosity. Part lover, part artist, part god, we were born to rock the world and feel our way into each others hearts. 

With the support of the 5Rhythms maps and the beauty of the season, we will dance the dissolving of opposites: spirit and flesh, masculine and feminine, to reveal and embody the artist, the lover and the seeker within.

Prerequisite: A weekend Waves™ workshop, or a minimum of 5 Waves™ Classes, with an accredited 5Rhythms facilitator.

Note: This workshop fulfills the 4 Day God Sex and the Body requirement for the 5Rhythms Teacher Training.

About Alex: Alex Mackay has been teaching 5Rhythms since the 1990s, in the UK and internationally. Gabrielle Roth called her Raven Sister. Her teaching is spacious and embodied, full of spirit, depth and creativity. She has a lot of energy and loves to dance with the group

Refunds:

Up to 30 days before the workshop: Refunds will be granted, less a $75 processing fee.
Up to 14 days before the workshop: Refunds will be granted, less a $125 processing fee.
No refunds will be granted within 14 days of the workshop.
Ticket Tailor booking fees are non-refundable.

Event Cancellation

In the event that we cancel this workshop for any reason: a full refund of the payment received from each participant will be made. The organizers will hold no financial responsibility for the participants’ travel or 3rd party expenses. Every attempt will be made to give as much prior warning of cancellation as possible.
