Join us for a transformative evening of intention, ritual and movement. 

Rhythms in Ritual is a new monthly gathering that combines the 5Rhythms Movement Meditation practice with intentional rituals and ceremony like sound baths, breath-work, cacao, voice channeling, and more.  

Each month, we will explore a different intention, theme and ritual, weaving together 5Rhythms with a different practice, each designed as an invitation to dive deeper into the body’s wisdom, to release what no longer serves us, and to connect to our true selves.

Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to movement meditation, this monthly gathering will offer something unique and meaningful for your body, mind, and spirit.

Come for the movement, stay for the magic. Each month offers a new opportunity to ground, connect, and transform.

When: First Wednesdays of each month 630-9PM
6:30PM Music on for warmup movement + stretching
6:50PM Doors Close and we gather in our opening our circle to set the container as a group (Please note that access from the street will be locked once we open our circle) 

February 5th: 5Rhythms + Sound Bath journey with Guest Artist Chaya Glaser. Chaya brought her sound healing magic to us on New Years day and we are delighted to be holding hands with her again for the first offering in our new home.

About 5Rhythms: Created by Gabrielle Roth, 5Rhythms is a philosophy, perspective, performance art and movement practice rooted in the principle that if you put psyche in motion it will heal itself —a dynamic way to both workout and to meditate in the same breath. The Rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness form ‘The Wave’, an embodied journey that encourages us to find our own dance and to discover ourselves at our most fluid and creative level. While a seemingly simple process, the 5Rhythms practice facilitates deep and unending explorations, moving the dancer beyond self-imposed limitations and isolation into new depths of creativity and connection.

There are no steps to learn and the Rhythms can be enjoyed by anyone, regardless of age, fitness, ability, or experience
