Maps hold all the information that is required to lead us to where we want to go. What is your destination?

In times of turmoil and change Somatic Meditation can assist you in navigating your way out of resistance and into ecstasy. Through Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms movement practice and Mindfulness meditation, one may build a skill set that supports balance, ease and joy.

There is a science to achieving ecstatic states and this is the mastery I come to share. This workshop is designed for all who want to join in expanding the possibility of entering altered states in a natural way.

About Lucia: Lucia Horan was born and raised in the Esalen community. She is a leader, wife and mother. She has been teaching since 1998. Lucia received life-long direct training with Gabrielle Roth in the 5Rhythms® method. She is formally empowered to teach Buddhist mindfulness in all capacities. She is a certified Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness teacher. Her unique perspectives on insight have been published in the book “Dancing with Dharma: Essays on Movement And Dance in Western Buddhism." Additionally, Lucia has worked as a somatic educator for Tony Robbins, PepsiCo Latin America DEI Dept. & Google X Moonshot Factory. She co-teaches focus groups in Buddhist meditation, emotional intelligence, grief wellness & women’s empowerment.

I agree to release Henya Emmer, Lucia Horan, Mark Morris Dance Center, and 5Rhythms Global from any and all liability related to personal injury or illness that may result from my attendance and participation.

Refunds:

Up to 30 days before the workshop: Refunds will be granted, less a $75 processing fee.
Up to 14 days before the workshop: Refunds will be granted, less a $125 processing fee.
No refunds will be granted within 14 days of the workshop.
Ticket Tailor booking fees are non-refundable.

Event Cancellation

In the event that we cancel this workshop for any reason: a full refund of the payment received from each participant will be made. The organizers will hold no financial responsibility for the participants’ travel or 3rd party expenses. Every attempt will be made to give as much prior warning of cancellation as possible.
