Time to get serious about continuous improvement.
Thu 26 Sep 2024 11:00 AM - 11:45 AM BST
Online, Google Meet
Description
"Innovate!" and "Do more with less!". All organisations are theoretically trying to be more 'efficient', but that can be really difficult to achieve and teams can become very demotivated and stressed trying to achieve it. By understanding what continuous improvement is all about, and creating the right culture, organisations can create an environment which enables continuous learning and innovation.
This session will contain both presentation of key concepts and discussion time around the practical implementation of continuous improvement.
Key takeaways:
- Key concepts around continuous improvement (CI)
- Relationship between CI and innovation
- Encouraging a CI culture
- Designing effective measurement and metrics.

Who should attend: Anyone looking to embed a culture of learning, development and improvement in their team or organisation (commercial, public sector, or non profit).
