The Embodied Heart is the next level on from the Healing Heart Retreats I have previously held - In honour of the energies of the Fire Horse year, we'll be bringing some authentic heart fire into the mix!

This is a one-day retreat for sensitive and intuitive women who are ready to live more fully in their bodies, reconnect with their authentic desires and move forward with grounded, heart-centred power.

In this intimate day, you will:

• Return to your body and create nervous system safety
• Explore embodied boundaries with the herd
• Connect with your heart’s authentic desires alongside a horse
• Anchor your inner fire through guided Harmony Healing and meditation

The herd responds to presence, not performance. They show you where your energy is steady, where it leaks, and where your authentic fire wants to stand taller.

This is not a day of striving or dramatic change.
It's a day of honouring what's already alive within you and brining it into embodied presence.

NO Horse experience necessary . All activities are on the ground.

*Small group session - only 4-5 participants

*Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for the weather including sunscreen and hat if needed and wellies or walking boots.

*A wholesome vegetarian meal will be provided as well as snacks, water, teas and coffee.

*Please bring your yoga mat for the meditation or contact me to reserve one of the ones we have here.

*Feel free to bring a notepad or journal to note down any insights you gain during the session.

*Please note; the map on ticket tailor shows the village of Cowbeech but Okalands is closer towards Hailsham. There will be full information and directions on your confirmation email.

* Cancellations; A full refund can be given up to 4 weeks before the event, after that, if we can fill your space, you will receive a refund. If the space Is not filled but the event can go ahead with, at least, 2 people,  the full charge will have to be paid but I am happy to discuss offering you a replacement private session. 🙏🏻
