Autumn Equinox Harmony Healing Meditation

✨Come along to celebrate & tune into the arrival of Autumn and the balance between light and dark on this powerful portal day.🌿🌷

The meditation will be in the cabin unless the weather is lovely, in which case, we will be outside in nature.

As always, the guided meditation to tune into the energies of this portal will be channelled for those present, offering healing reiki energy as well as light language codes, tones and frequencies that will support you in, not only, resonating with the energies of the Equinox but offering you what healing and alignment is perfect for you at this time.

A safe, small group gathering where you can share or not, if you wish, with teas and chocolate offered after the meditation and of course, the herd will always be nearby to offer their energy and love too!

*Please bring your own yoga mat

*Please also wear walking boots or wellies if it's wet out there as  you will be walking down a track the horses use to get to the cabin
