We're bringing the spirit of Oktoberfest to Hereford on 18th September!

Join us for an evening of Bavarian fun, where we transform the Shirehall into a classic German beer hall whilst raising money for great local causes. 

Expect enormous benches laden with a BBQ feast, a bar stocked with the finest German beers, wines and cocktails, an incredible Oompah band and plenty of fancy dress.

Your ticket includes entrance, entertainment, your meal and your first drink free!

🍺 The bar will be fully stocked with German beers, wine, cider, cocktails, spirits and soft drinks. Table service means you can concentrate on the important things - having fun!

🍖 Your meal will be a Bavarian BBQ platter of roasted pork, Bratwurst sausage, chicken, potatoes, sauerkraut, mustard, gravy and rolls.  🌱Vegetarian options are available, just let us know when you book!

🎺 Entertainment is provided throughout the evening by a traditional Oompah band, playing traditional German drinking songs

🕺 Our resident DJ will turn up the singalong tunes and party classics later in the evening!

🏆 Fancy dress Bavarian attire is encouraged! We'll be giving a prize for the best dressed Mann und Frau!

⏰ Doors open at 6:30pm, carriages at 12:30am

⚠️ This is an 18+ event and we operate a Challenge 25 policy.

Please drink responsibly. Offensive fancy dress or innapropriate behaviour will result in ejection. Be nice, have fun. Prost!

The event is organised by Hereford Round Table, a registered charity made up of a team of volunteers raising money for our community grants scheme. It helps fund community projects and worthy causes all over Herefordshire.
