Illuminated Walk

Join us on our 2026 Illuminated Woodland Walk.
Back for its seventh year, the Heritage Wood Illuminated Walk is a magical way to celebrate the season and experience our beautiful woodland in a whole new light. Follow a scenic one-mile trail, gently illuminated to guide you through the enchanting landscape. Along the way, you’ll be immersed in vibrant light displays and dazzling illuminated trees, creating a truly breath taking experience on crisp autumn and winter evenings.
After your walk, warm up with delicious hot drinks and food, explore local craft stalls, and pick up some festive treats to take home.

Children are welcome, we ask that you supervise your children at all times.
Children 0-4 years old are free
Time slots:

Your ticket will allocate you a 15 minute timeslot for your arrival.
Accessibility:

• We aim to make the route as wheelchair and pushchair friendly as possible, but please be aware, by the very nature of the woodland some parts of the ground will be uneven and may need some effort to propel wheels.

Mobility scooter:

• 2 available please call the office to book in advance

Toilets available:

• 3 toilets, one wide enough for a wheelchair.

Dogs:

• Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times.

Warnings:

• Occasional strobe lighting and smoke machines will be in use during this event.

• Please read our cancellation policy as tickets cannot be moved, exchanged or refunded.
