Softly Held: Pregnancy & Baby Loss Creative Gathering

Pregnancy & Baby Loss Creative Gathering

Some losses stay with us quietly, long after the world has moved on. 🀍

Softly Held is a gentle, women-only creative gathering for anyone who has experienced pregnancy or baby loss, whether recently or many years ago.

It's an opportunity to take a little time for yourself, create something meaningful and be surrounded by women who understand that grief looks different for everyone.

You don't need to share your story or find the right words. You're welcome to come exactly as you are.

What to expect

🀍 Create something meaningful – Enjoy a calming, beginner-friendly creative activity using soft yarns and gentle colours, making a small keepsake to take home.

🀍 Gentle guidance and reflection – Joined by Shanela, The Womb Lady, who will offer a supportive opportunity to reconnect with yourself and your body.

🀍 Connection without pressure – Spend time in a small, welcoming group. Whether you choose to talk, listen or simply create quietly, the choice is yours.

🀍 A little time just for you – Warm refreshments, a peaceful setting and space to pause.
