Our Primary and Nursery School Headteachers’ Conference returns for 2026, bringing together leaders from across the sector to connect, reflect and be inspired. Set in the inspiring Hinxton Hall Conference Centre, the event offers valuable time away from day-to-day pressures to focus on purposeful leadership.

This year’s theme, Inclusive Leadership: Getting the Best Out of Everyone, explores how leadership that values difference and listens to all voices can transform school culture. You will reflect on how inclusive approaches support wellbeing, strengthen teams and enable every child and adult to thrive.

Across the 1.5-day conference, you will hear from inspiring keynote speakers, engage in meaningful professional dialogue and connect with fellow headteachers. The conference provides an opportunity to share practice, explore challenges and build supportive networks that extend beyond the event.
