Join us in Haymarket for an unforgettable second wine dinner, where Executive Chef Mike McDonald pairs his inspired five-course menu with the bold and elegant wines of Chateau O’Brien.
The evening begins with a Champagne reception and tray-passed amuse bouche before moving into an indulgent progression: a Grilled Black Mission Fig Salad with Iberico ham and aged balsamic paired with 2023 Northpoint White; a decadent Maryland Blue Crab Cake with smoked rémoulade and paddlefish caviar alongside 2023 Tannat Rosé; and a perfectly seared Hudson Valley Duck Breast complemented by cherries and shallot jam with 2020 Cabernet Franc.
The experience continues with a savory Prime Hanger Steak over black garlic farrotto and crisp kale paired with 2021 Tannat, and concludes on a sweet note with Tiramisu alongside 2019 Late Harvest Tannat.
