HGO Summer Concert 2026

HGO - North London's Leading Opera Company 

Our 2026 Fundraiser for The Alastair Macgeorge Singers Fund.

Four of our most gifted singers from recent productions will thrill you with an evening of unforgettable operatic joy, including arias by Mozart, Puccini and Verdi. Our performers are:  

 - Olivia Rose Tringham (Female Chorus, The Rape of Lucretia, April 2026)

- Clover Kayne (Ottavia, L'incoronazione di Poppea, November 2025)

- Alex Haigh (King of the East, The Enchanted Pig, November 2017)

- Ambrose Connolly (Onegin, Eugene Onegin, November 2024) 

The concert is directed by Alex Norton at the keyboard. 

Ticket prices include a free glass of wine or fruit juice. Ticket purchasers will be emailed a free full flip-book programme which can be printed or viewed on your device.

The concert is a continuation of the recognition of the contribution of Alastair Macgeorge to HGO as an "engine of opera development in the UK" (Sunday Times). You will be helping HGO to give meaningful support through the Alastair Macgeorge Singers Fund to its young artists and supporting the next generation of operatic talent -  recent singers at HGO now perform at ENO, Royal Opera, Opera North and the National Opera Studio and other leading opera companies in the UK and abroad. By joining with to us advance young singers you will be empowering the new generation of performers. If you wish you may add an additonal donation to the Fund when purchasing tickets.
