PLEASE COME TO OUR AGM ON THURSDAY 23 JULY at 2 pm at the Free Church North Square

As well as the formal matters, the AGM is a chance to hear from our Chair Carole Spiers *and from our Treasurer Simon Freeman how HGSu3a is doing and for both of them and the other trustees to listen to your views and answer your questions.

After the formal meeting, at about 2pm, please do join us for an engaging, down-to-earth talk on, designed especially for an older audience. We’ll explore how our eating habits have changed over time, the key food groups and nutrients that matter most as we age, and simple, practical choices that support both body and brain—plus we’ll bust a few common myths along the way. Expect clear takeaways, no fads, and plenty of ideas you can put into practice straight away.
