Set amidst the meadows and copse of Dummer Down Farm, this is a day of connection — to the cycles of nature, to each other, and to the reflections within yourself. Together we’ll honour the rising light of summer and the fire that burns in every heart. Join us in a day of celebration, self reflection honouring the turning of the seasons. Set intentions, face fears and connect with community and the natural rhythms of nature. --- ✨ Included in Your Ticket Your ticket includes all workshops, ceremonies, and the firewalk — no add-ons or extras needed! Workshops & Experiences 🌿 Guided Meditation in the Copse – ground into the land and open to the rhythm of the season. 🎵 Sound Journey – bathe in vibration and return to harmony within. 🔥 Firewalking & Arrow Breaking Ceremony – we’ll begin with intention-setting, exploring what you wish to release or step into, then walk the coals as an act of empowerment and transformation. 📜 Talk: The History of Beltaine – rediscover the ancient roots of this festival of fire and fertility. 🥁 Drumming Workshop – feel the pulse of the Earth and learn rhythms of connection. 📖 Storytelling Circle – gather round for tales of light, love, and the turning of the seasons. 💃 Song & Dance Around the Bonfire – celebrate life, laughter, and community beneath the stars. 🎶 Live music from Visy Bloodaxe. Weaving music throughout the day rooting us in the energy of Beltaine --- 💞 Handfasting in the Copse During the day, we’ll gather in the woodland copse to witness a handfasting ceremony — a traditional union of love, spirit, and earth. Surrounded by community blessings, song, and nature, a couple will be bound together in harmony and joy. All are welcome to share in this moment of sacred celebration. --- 🔥 Fire Procession & Great Bonfire As dusk descends, drums and voices will lead a fire procession through the land to the great Beltaine bonfire — a symbol of creation, unity, and life’s eternal spark. Together we’ll honour the turning of the seasons and dance the first fire of summer. --- 🍯 Market & Nourishment Explore our local artisan stalls, offering: ✨ Crystals, handmade crafts & natural treasures 🌸 Face painting & creative adornment 🍖 Traditional Nordic food 🍯 Locally brewed mead 🕯️ Local artists, healers & community makers --- ⛺ Camping & Evening Celebration Stay beneath the stars and camp on-site to fully immerse yourself in the Beltaine energy. After the main bonfire and firewalk, we’ll flow into a more informal evening celebration — song, dance, drumming, and gentle togetherness around the embers.
