A ceremonial movement practice inspired by the ancient Sufi path, weaving together whirling, sacred dance, heart-opening practices, poetry, and remembrance.

This class is an invitation to return home to the heart — to soften the mind, liberate the body, and listen to the wisdom that moves through you when you surrender to presence.

🌿 What we will explore

🌀 Whirling Yoga – learning the foundations of safe and conscious turning

💓 Heart Chakra Activation – Kundalini Yoga, movement, breath, and intention to open the heart field 

🎶 Intuitive Sacred Dance – freeing stored emotions and expanding life force

📿 Sufi Wisdom & Zikr-inspired presence – devotion through movement

📜 Poetry & Teachings by Rumi, Mevlana, and other mystic teachers

You will be gently guided to turn, spiral, sway, and listen — not to perform, but to remember.

No prior experience with whirling or dance is needed.

About your teacher:

Aylin has been walking the Sufi path since 2023 and is in training to become a Semazen within the Mevlevi Order lineage of the Sufi master Jalal ad-Din Rumi (Mevlana). Three to four times a year, she travels to Konya, the heart of Sufism, where Mevlana lived and taught, to deepen her devotion through intensive Semazen trainings rooted in remembrance, discipline, and embodied prayer.

She is a Kundalini & Hatha Yoga teacher, Tantrica, and Hypnotist, weaving ancient mystical wisdom with modern somatic and energetic practices. Aylin completed a 100-hour Temple Arts Training with Zola Dubnikova, including sacred dance arts, feminine alchemy, womb healing, and ancient teachings. She was the organizer and manager of Zola’s in-person intensive trainings, supporting the transmission of these lineages with integrity and devotion.

Her work is an invitation into remembrance, embodiment, and a return to the heart.
