The goal of any improvement gathering is to connect people to each other and set them up for a successful action period when they leave. But how do we design experiences that spur people to action and encourage them to “do differently”? Come learn a powerful framework for supporting behavior change in your network, your community, and yourself. You’ll then apply that framework to think about the activities, routines and support you can provide to make sure any gathering you design gets people moving toward their goals, even when the many priorities and daily demands of life in schools take hold.

Note: This workshop assumes a basic understanding of continuous improvement.
