Sauna, Supper & Sounds night (Mixed)

Imagine wandering through lush gardens and woodlands, offering breathtaking views of Dartmoor, while you sip on soothing herbal tea. Picture yourself unwinding in a woodland sauna, letting the day's stresses melt away.
Indulge in our lavender and frankincense body scrub, a detoxifying treatment that will leave your skin feeling incredibly soft and rejuvenated. Step into our outdoor hot and cold showers, plunge into the refreshing dip tank, or unwind in the hot tub.
We also provide indoor changing facilities, a toilet, and a cosy living room where you can relax by the fireplace.

Helen will share her magical sound healing for deep relaxation under the stars;

" Sound healing is an ancient wellness practice known for its deep healing, relaxation, and self-care benefits. During the session, you'll lie down in a cozy and comfortable setting, close your eyes, and focus on the soothing sounds produced by musical instruments such as chimes, gongs, and singing bowls. The sound vibrations from these instruments penetrate deep into your tissues, improving blood circulation and metabolism, regulating muscle tension, and deeply stimulating tissue regeneration and repair mechanisms."

Following the sound healing, you will be treated to Dahl, fresh coriander, coconut yogurt, chutneys, and naan. Connect with others by the fire, and you are guaranteed to head home glowing for a blissful night's sleep!

Details:
6.00-7.00 pm: Nature spa open (may arrive from 5.30 pm). Body scrub detox/ explore Highwell's gardens and woodland.

7.30-8.30 pm: Sound meditation with Helen

8.30-9.00 pm: Social & Dahl by the fire.

 9.00 pm: Home

Bring a yoga mat, blankets, cushions, warm clothes, TWO towels ( one to sit on/ one to dry off), a swimming costume, and a water bottle. Eye masks are provided.
