Tucked away amongst five acres of Highwell's beautiful gardens and woodland, our natural spa offers an opportunity to immerse yourself in the beauty of nature.  Perfect for anyone wanting to enjoy in absolute tranquility.  Private sessions run for one to two hours for up to eight persons and include use of;

• Cedar barrel sauna
• Cold plunge dip tank
• Outdoor cold & hot showers 
• Indoor changing room with toilet.

Bantham beach is just ten minutes from Highwell - a sea dip prior is also a popular choice.
