Between Here & There is an intimate 8-week online group container for people navigating meaningful life transitions — chosen or unexpected.

This work is for the space in between: when an old life no longer fits, but the next one hasn’t fully revealed itself yet.

Rather than rushing clarity or trying to fix yourself, this group offers consistency, depth, and steady support. Over eight weeks, a small group of no more than four participants moves together through change, learning how to stay connected to themselves while identity, relationships, work, or inner worlds shift.

Led by Lizzie Allan, this experience blends grounded psychology, spiritual insight, gentle humour, and relational presence. Humour may arise naturally, but nothing is forced. The emphasis is on being met where you are — and learning how to stop abandoning yourself during transition.

This is not a drop-in workshop.
It’s a relational journey that unfolds over time.
