Hildenborough Community Screening: People's Emergency Briefing

What does the changing climate mean for our future and that of our children and grandchildren? Find out at our local community screening of the People's Emergency Briefing in Hildenborough Village Hall.

The UK's summer of 2026 was reported by the Met Office as the hottest on record for the second year running. As our climate changes, what could this mean for the things we care about most — our food supplies, our health, our local community, and the natural world around us?

Join us for a free screening of The People's Emergency Briefing, presented by Chris Packham.

- When: 1st December 2026

- What time: 7pm doors, 7:30pm film starts

- Where: Hildenborough Village Hall, TN11 9HY

- Cost: Free to attend so bring your friends and neighbours

This gripping 50-minute film brings together leading scientists and experts who presented evidence on the climate and nature crisis to decision-makers at Westminster. It explores exactly what this data means for our everyday lives.

But this isn't just about understanding the risks. It's about the future we want to build: reliable food supplies, affordable energy, cleaner air, quieter roads, and greater energy security.

After the screening, stay for an open discussion. It's an opportunity to hear the facts, share perspectives, and explore how Hildenborough can respond together.
