Apple Weekend & Country Fair - Stall Holders

Apple Weekend is one of our busiest events of the year and is hugely important as a fundraiser for our charity with great engagement from our local community and beyond, helping us keep our gardens open for their many thousands of annual visitors.  Our events are important opportunities for us to increase both awareness and income and help us keep the gardens open.  Apple Weekend is a fantastic opportunity to sell your goods, and you are warmly welcome to join us for the event if your products/services would align well with us as a venue. We look forward to celebrating our event together.

• You have the choice to book for Saturday only, Sunday only or Saturday and Sunday (priority for prime pitches will be given to those committing to both days).
• There is no charge for a pitch, but we request a donation to be made to Hill Close Trust, for example a percentage of your turnover for the event.
• We will be on site from 08:30 on both days for you to arrive to set up.
• The gates are open to the public from 11:00 - 16:00.
• Vehicles can come to the main entrance to unload and then we ask that stall holders park their cars in the racecourse carpark where we will arrange parking for you. This allows your and our visitors to park freely, directly outside the gardens.
• We ask that you bring your own gazebos (maximum size 3x3), tables and chairs. 
• All stall holders will be given a drinks voucher for a tea or coffee.
• The show will go on what-ever the weather.

If you will be joining us, please download the Event Risk Assessment Document, complete it and email it to hello@hcgt.org.uk no later than 1 month before the event.
