A Triple Anniversary - Celebrate with the Classics
Join us for this very special concert at 7.30pm on Saturday 11th July. We are celebrating 3 Anniversaries at the same time. Conductor Peter Williams set up Hillingdon Choral Society as an Adult Education evening class in 1980-81 when he was Head of Music at Vyners School. Five years later, realising that there was no opportunity for young people to continue and expand the excellent orchestral training they received from Hillingdon Music Service while at school he set up Hillingdon Philharmonic Orchestra as an adult amateur orchestra. The early concerts for both the choral society and the orchestra were all held at Vyners School. Peter is celebrating his own very significant birthday this year too, which is what makes the School the perfect venue for our Triple Anniversary Concert.

The programme for this concert celebrates all the different moods of both organisations and will bring back many happy memories.
