Cacao Squish

Come as you are to share in a magical, connective evening of stories & squish supported by the healing medicine of cacao.

Rayn will be brewing and sharing ceremonial cacao that was cultivated with care in the Mayan land of Lago Atitlan, Guatemala. Learn about Rayn's life-long relationship with this powerful medicine, including her time living & working with the Bribri, an indigenous community of cacao farmers in Costa Rica.As the medicine works to open our hearts, we will open the circle to authentic shares & expression through guided partner & small group activities. As with all SquishLab offerings, there is never any pressure to participate in the activities - you will be most welcome to hang out & coregulate in your own bubble.All are welcome for this special offering. Your ticket includes a cup of ceremonial cacao.

Hosted by Raynsong at the beautiful zen space Himmapan Community & Cafe. This event will include cafe vibes with tables, as well as a squishy/laying down zone in the back. Come to share your expression, or just come to witness & rest your body. This is the medicine.
