New this year, Hinckley Rugby Football Club is excited to be running two Summer Rugby Camps side by side for Girls - Our fun based Activity Camp for 6-U13s and our performance camp for U14s to U18s. The camps will take place on Thursday 6th August & Friday 7th August from 8:30am until 3:30pm at Hinckley Rugby Football Club.

AGED 6 - U13 AGE GROUP GIRLS ACTIVITY RUGBY CAMP

Our fun based Girls Activity Camp for 6 - U13 age groups will will be held across 2 action-packed days, players will take part in a wide range of structured, fun and engaging rugby activities designed to support both rugby skill development and personal growth. Sessions will focus on building strong teamwork and communication, while also helping players improve their contact skills, passing, kicking, decision making and overall understanding of the game.Above all, the camp is designed to be fun, inclusive and welcoming — giving players the opportunity to learn in a positive environment, make new friends and build confidence both on and off the pitch.This is a fantastic opportunity for budding players of all abilities to stay active during the school holidays while developing their rugby at Hinckley RFC.To book your child on to the camp please select the correct camp and option below.

U14 - U18 AGE GROUP GIRLS PERFORMANCE RUGBY CAMP

Our Girls Performance Camp for U14 - U16 age groups will provide a structured development pathway for young players. The programme includes specialist coaching and advice in:

  • Athletic development - Strength & Conditioning
  • Diet & Nutrition
  • Rehab & simple strapping
  • Plus various specialist coaching areas including, the breakdown, tackle, kicking and attacking structure.

To improve game understanding, whilst supporting players to improve physical performance, technical ability, and tactical awareness within a high-quality training environment.
