Cara Macri of Historic Albany Foundation will give a lecture on the history of the famed Holland Avenue Tudors based on her research for the recently completed historic district nomination. Cara will show and tell about developer Jesse Leonard and the previously unknown designer Josephine Johnston, as well as the history of the buildings, their celebrated construction and their occupants. This lecture will include interior photos of the Tudors, which are a much sought after delight!
