Create and take home a stenciled indigo bandana in the pattern of George Washington’s Commander-in-Chief Flag. Ages 8 and up.
George Washington's personal standard or headquarters flag, was a blue flag with 13 six-pointed white stars, representing the 13 colonies. This flag was flown wherever the Commander-in-Chief was present, whether on the battlefield, at headquarters, or on the march. It is believed to be the earliest surviving 13-star American flag.
