What connects wine and swans? The exploration of some of London’s most beautiful Livery Company Halls continues. Join Historic Houses members for an exclusive tour of the Vintners Hall and find out more!
The Company received its first Royal Charter in 1363 and is known as the Spiritual Home of the International Wine Trade. The company is one of the Great Twelve Livery Companies of the 111 within the City. Join us for a conducted tour led by an enthusiastic member of the company to learn more of its history and the wine trade, as well as the Company’s 21st century charitable and educational interests.

Marvel at the glorious interiors, with many features dating from 1671 including the oak staircase, the court room and the livery hall. Listen carefully and we might even learn more about the importance of swans to the livery company members!
Coffee will be served on arrival at 10:40 am before the start of the tour at 11:00 am.
