Description
An exciting opportunity to explore a house which is only occasionally open to the public.
This fine Grade II Regency house was built circa 1815 by Thomas Cundy and has an interesting collection of 18th- and 19th-century paintings, English and European silver, furniture and porcelain. The estate has belonged to the Constable family since 1520 and the house is very much a family home, with a friendly atmosphere.

The grounds include a woodland walk and a half-mile park walk with views of Hornsea Mere, which belongs to the Estate, as well as beautiful walled gardens containing unusual plants and shrubs, a cactus and succulent house and Alpine beds.
