Step back in time to 43AD to discover more about the Roman settlement of Londinium. As we walk through the Square Mile, layers of history will be revealed.
Take a guided walk from one end of the City of London to the other and travel back in time from the gleaming glass and steel creations of the likes of Richard Rogers and Norman Foster to 17th-century Wren churches, the 15th-century Guildhall and the Roman amphitheatre.
There is so much to see, including Roman temples, the 18th-century Mansion House, 17th-century coffee houses and churches, and 21st-century landmarks such as 'the Gherkin' and 'the Cheesegrater'. Explore Grade II*-listed Leadenhall Market, once a forum in Roman London and a market since the 14th century. We can even give you a roof-top-garden, birds-eye view of the City.

This is a City of London walk. We do not have access to all the buildings but will arrange to visit the sites we are allowed to enter. There are facilities within the Royal Exchange which we will reach around 12 noon. This walk involves steps and narrow pavements as well as cobbled streets. Therefore it is not suitable for those who have difficulty walking.
Tickets £15 (no refreshments included)
