Medieval Faversham, Farmlands, Marshes and Seaside Hike

Description
This wonderful 11 miles history hike has it all ! It's a magical mix of farming country, from medieval England to the modern day; an inspiring journey from past to present, from fertile countryside to the open coast.
The hike begins in the historic market town of Faversham. We will see the house where , the murder of Thomas Arden took place in Tudor times, and walk the he finest medieval street in England".
During the hike we will walk along Faversham Creek, the Saxon Shore Way, visit two historic churches, and see a bird sanctuary. We will walk through farm lands famous for soft fruit production, hop, lamb and many more.
At the end of the hike there will be possibility to pop into a pub for a pint that is brewed in Shepherds Neame, England's oldest brewery.
We will be meeting at London Victoria Train Station at 08.20 am by the benches in front of Wasabi or you can join us at Faversham at 09.55
