Join singer-songwriters Wolfgang Pérez and Pedro Fonte for a special live performance, presenting songs from both of their superb solo albums. Blending acoustic and electronic elements, they will perform with guitar, voice, drums, percussion, and sampler, offering an intimate reinterpretation of their work.

Wolfgang Pérez is from Cologne, Germany and is known for his genre-blurring compositions that weave together folk, electronic, and Latin influences, creating richly textured soundscapes. He recently released the beautiful album Só Ouço on Hive Mind Records. The album was written and recorded in Rio with an incredible group of young Brazilian musicians (including Pedro Fonte) and is a love letter to the music, beauty and chaos of the city of Rio. 

Pedro Fonte is from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; his own music merges alternative pop with post-punk and Afro-Brazilian rhythms. Pedro has released 2 excellent solo albums in Brazil, and is a sought after drummer and percussionist playing with Ana Frango Eletrico, Antonio Neves, Jorge Mautner and Domênico Lancelotti.

This concert offers a rare chance to experience these artists in the intimate and beautiful new venue, Pink Moon.

Support comes from Dave H-S, guitarist for Brighton hardcore legends, Pascagoula, though tonight he'll be treating us to his gorgeous, delicate acoustic songs which take inspiration from the classic songwriting of Tim Buckley, Nick Drake or David Crosby.

Doors open at 7:30 and Dave will be on at 8:30
