Twilight Sound Bath & Meditation

Join us for our annual fall equinox Twilight Sound Bath & Meditation! Transition into the next season as you lie back and listen to the sounds of nature come alive as yoga instructor Kristen Gore leads you into a deep meditative state to the sounds of her singing crystal bowls, ocean drum and chimes. Sound bathing has many reported benefits. As the mind and body relax, the heart rate and blood pressure decrease, and breathing becomes deeper, bringing in more oxygen. It is in this state that deep, profound healing can occur. Benefits of a sound bath include mental and physical relaxation, stress reduction, improved sleep, and physiological benefits.

Bring whatever makes you comfy and happy… a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye cover… and relax as Kristen’s crystal bowls sing you into a magical meditative state of pure relaxation.

Arrive at 7pm and the first 30 minutes will be spent mingling and meeting the animals in our pasture (llamas, emus, miniature donkeys, fainting goats, sheep and lambs) and setting up your mat, then once the sun starts to set, the magic will begin!
