Insights proudly presents the second of our thematic online events relating to the use of Procedural Justice (PJ) in HMPPS. We will concentrate on the importance of our communications. Flora Fitzalan Howard from the Evidence Based Practice Team hosts the event and will be joined by panel members Suzy Talbot (HMPPS Communications Team), Jayne Kirkpatrick (National Rehabilitative Culture Project), David Vaughan (HMP Leeds) and Frankie Grant (Assessment Team, Prison & Probation Ombudsman). Topics for discussion will include how we utilise PJ in our national communications, PJ in complaint response, the lived experience perspective and instilling a culture change in every day communications.
There will be a question and answer session too, so get your thinking caps on!
Open to staff who work in the Criminal Justice System only. You will be asked to confirm your role and organisation on the checkout form
