Need help?
The Frontline Staff Network brings to you an event about the importance of collaboration between HQ and the frontline, best practice examples of how colleagues working in HQ have brought in the frontline insight into their work and how you may be able to get involved in sharing insight or learn from people working on the frontline and in HQ.
The Frontline Staff Network aims are:
1. To create a safe space and support system for people who have moved from a frontline role to an HQ role in the Ministry of Justice (MoJ), or one of its agencies or ALBs.
2. To create a network of people with frontline experience who can act as an on-tap resource for colleagues across the department who might not have that experience but would benefit from being able to test their thinking with people who’ve lived it themselves
3. To bridge the gap between HQ and the frontline, fostering learning for staff on both sides to better deliver the MoJ priorities.
Join to hear from both frontline staff and policy officials on the benefits of open lines of communication and collaboration between frontline and HQ.
This event is open to staff who work in the MOJ, HMPPS and HMCTS only. Please register with your work email address. You will be asked to confirm your role and organisation at checkout. We may need to ask you to provide additional verification.
