Description

Join Firoza Saloo and Sarah Kitching to learn more about the role as a National Specialist Lead (NSL) in HMPPS Intervention Services. They will give a behind the scenes overview of the wide range of work that NSL’s are involved in, the areas that attracted them to the job and the strengths that help them fulfil this role.

Sarah Kitching is an HMPPS Forensic Psychologist leading on Intimate Partner Violence programmes within intervention services. She has 18 years’ experience working within HMPPS as a facilitator, Treatment Manager and Psychologist.

Firoza Saloo works within the Moderate Intensity Team and currently leads on Timewise/Structured Interventions. She previously led on Substance Misuse Programmes within Intervention Services. She has worked for HMPPS for 20 years both as an Area Drug Strategy officer and Policy Manager in the National Drug Strategy Unit.
