Dr Kate Gooch is a Senior Lecturer at Bath University. One area of her studies include key themes such as leadership, organisational culture and change, organisational resilience, staff recruitment and training, prison building and architecture, and rehabilitative practices.

This online session will combine a discussion of the findings from ongoing empirical research on prison leadership with an opportunity for Q&A.

The session would be of interest to prison leaders across all roles and those aspiring to be leaders in addition to those who have an interest in the study of leadership within the prison setting.
