Unlocked Graduates: Supporting High-Performance and Impact on the Frontline to Break Cycles of Reoffending
Need help?
Join the Unlock team for an informative online event to share learning to date on what makes the most effective prison officers, considering recruitment and training factors, and the support that prison officers get from a Mentoring Prison Officer to deliver change and break cycles of reoffending.
The event will be delivered by a combination of HMPPS HQ staff, a Mentoring Prison Officer and Unlocked participant/ambassador to bring to life the Unlocked Graduates model (with a focus on the role of the Mentoring Prison Officer) and to share frontline impact case studies from prison officers about the work they are doing to deliver change.
This will be of interest to frontline prison staff and colleagues from across the criminal justice, with practical insights and solutions on how diverse workforces with high-quality training and tailored support increase impact potential.
This event is open to staff who work in the Criminal Justice System only. Please register with your work email address. You will be asked to confirm your role and organisation at checkout. We may need to ask you to provide additional verification.
This is an online event, taking place on MS Teams. Please check in advance that you can access this platform. You may be required to use a personal device.
The event link will be included in the confirmation email and will not be sent out separately so please keep this safe and to your calendar.
