HOW DOES THE DIGITAL MEET & GREET WORK?

• Only 15 limited spots are available for Coffee fans to come on screen during the Virtual Edmonton Cat Festival to say a quick hello and take a photo (screenshot image) side-by-side with Coffee, LIVE.
• Meet & greet tickets are $20 and 100% will be donated to Edmonton cat rescues Little Cats Lost, SCARS Second Chance Animal Rescue and AARCS Alberta Animal Rescue Crew Society.
• This digital “Meet & Greet” ticket is separate from the festival ticket. You will need a festival ticket (also $20) to attend the virtual event (a full weekend of CATivities and PURR-gramming) along with Coffee's livestream session. 
  
• If you just want to attend Coffee's Q&A (no meet & greet photo), you just need one festival ticket. 

How the digital meet & greet / photo op works: from approximately 1:30 - 1:45 p.m. MST on Sunday, May 30, 2020 (the last 15 minutes of Coffee's livestream session at virtual Cat Festival), Coffee fans who purchased digital Meet & Greet tickets will be brought on screen one by one for a quick hello and photo (screenshot image) side-by-side with Gary.

Festival organizers will take a screenshot and send Meet & Greet ticket holders the image following the virtual event and you’re also welcome to take your own screenshots. Each person will have less than 1 minute for their Meet & Greet (to say hello and take the photo/screenshot). You will need either a computer with a webcam or a phone camera, and Internet access in order to participate in the livestream festival and meet & greet.

PLEASE NOTE: due to varying Internet speeds / connection, your Meet & Greet photo quality may vary. We DO NOT offer refunds if you are not happy with the quality of your screenshot photo. HOWEVER, if due to Internet speed / connection issues, you're not able to come on screen for your Meet & Greet at all, we WILL offer refunds to digital meet & greet ticket holders who are not able to connect for the screenshot. If you do not agree with these terms of the digital meet & greet, please do not purrchase a ticket. THANK YOU!
