MAIN FLOOR PREMIUM SEATING & AVAILABILITY:

Premium main floor seating is included in all HIMA Event Sponsorship packages and will sell out. Main floor VIP tables seat eight (8). All main floor tables seats include early VIP access, tray passed gourmet hor 'dourves, and complimentary access to the Official HIMA Afterparty (upstairs in Bardot) NOTE: Sponsors will be notified directly of details and benefits associated with their sponsorship. Sponsor seating will be premium main floor positions. All non-sponsor seats/tables will be assigned by the HIMA, as available. PLEASE NOTE: All seating on main floor is served food.

Our two (2) premium Wing Booths (10 seats) include early VIP access, food, and complimentary Afterparty access just like the sponsor main floor tables. Wing Booths are sold as full units, no individual seats are available. Upon purchase, booths are assigned by the HIMA as available.

All seating on loge level (all tables/seats/booths on raised areas around the main floor) include food and assigned by the HIMA as available. The numbers in the VIP booths (see seating schematic) indicate the number of seats available in the corresponding VIP booth.

PARKING & DIRECTIONS:

There are paid parking lots North and South of the Avalon and one across the street next to Capitol Records. If you find a spot on the street at a parking meter, be sure to read the signs before heading into the venue. For cheaper parking options, there are parking lots at 1800 Vine (entrance on Yucca) and 6223 Selma (on Selma between Argyle and El Centro). You may want to park somewhere in the general area and take Uber/Lyft to the Avalon. Bottom line: Plan and prepare your arrival and parking accordingly.
