Holmer Green Community Fireworks

Following the incredible success over the past four years, we’re thrilled to be back for our fifth community fireworks event.

Join us on Saturday 7th November 2026 at Holmer Green Sports Association for an unforgettable evening of fireworks and family fun.

This much-loved community event features a spectacular professional firework display choreographed to movie themed music, along with a licensed bar, local food vendors, community group stalls, hot drinks, sweets, light-up toys, children’s rides, and so much more.

Mark your calendar — it’s a night you won’t want to miss!  Gates open at 5:00 PM.  Firework Display at 7:00 PM.

Food, drink, and other stalls will stay open after the display — so stick around, grab a bite, and enjoy the rest of the evening!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE EVENT - PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING TICKETS;

Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing tickets. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions.

Admission Policy

This is a ticket only event, with a maximum capacity. If the event is sold out in advance, there will be no ticket sales on the gate.

Tickets will be sent via email at the time of purchase. Please ensure you keep them safe, as each ticket is valid for a single scan only.  Customers are responsible for checking their tickets upon receipt to ensure accuracy with any issues reported to events@holmergreenvillagesociety.co.uk at the time of purchase.

Sharing tickets is done at your own risk. In the event of duplicate tickets, only the first scan will be permitted entry, and all subsequent scans will be denied. Duplicate or copied tickets will not be accepted under any circumstances.

While children’s tickets can be purchased independently through the ticketing platform, please note that all under-18s must be accompanied by an adult or be part of a family group to gain entry. Unaccompanied minors will not be admitted.

For safety reasons, absolutely NO FIREWORKS including SPARKLERS will be permitted on site.

NO ALCOHOL to be brought in. Only alcohol purchased on site can be consumed.  Other drinks are available to purchase, please support our vendors. 

We reserve the right to check bags and confiscate prohibited items.

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Postponement/Cancellation

If the event is postponed due to unsafe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be contacted via the email address used when booking.

All booking fees paid are non refundable in all eventualities.

If the event is postponed or cancelled, Holmer Green Village Society cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by ticket holders (i.e. travel costs).

Accessibility

This is an outdoor event. It can get muddy and may therefore not be suitable for everyone. 

Facilities include a viewing platform and toilets accessible via ramps, and nearby parking (pre-arranged only).

Parking

The HG Sports Association car park will be CLOSED to the general public, including members of the club. The car park will be marshalled and used for emergency vehicle access only. If at all possible, please try to walk. If you need to drive, please park carefully and considerately. Some parking spaces are available nearby to the venue for blue badge holders and those needing special assistance. Please contact us well in advance to secure a space at events@holmergreenvillagesociety.co.uk.

Clubhouse

The HG Sports Association clubhouse will be CLOSED to the general public, including members of the club. The clubhouse will be closed until after the firework display. It will only open after the display, subject to weather, at the discretion of the management.

A note from the Holmer Green Village Society Events team:

This is a very popular community event.  However, we understand that not everyone enjoys fireworks. Our aim is to encourage the community to come together to enjoy one professional firework display on a set date and time, and discourage individual displays - reducing noise disturbance, and increasing safety.

Your safety is paramount. We adhere to a full risk assessment, working in compliance with the Local Authority Safety Advisory Group.  All emergency services have been informed of this event. We have a professional onsite first aid team, lost child point and safety marshals across the site.

The event is hosted by HG Village Society and HG Sports Association to raise money for our local community initiatives.  We invite local community groups to run stalls to advertise and raise money for their cause. Thank you for your support.
