Holyoke Historical Society 2025 Garden Tour

Join the Holyoke Historical Society for the opportunity to visit some of our city's most exciting gardens!

This year's self-guided tour includes:

• Wistariahurst: Walk the beautifully manicured grounds and tour the first floor of the historic estate. The Western Mass Master Gardeners Association, who maintain the property, will also be hosting a plant sale.

• Urban Orchard: On the property of the former Sacred Heart Church, the orchard features a variety of fruit trees.

• Dwight Street Community Garden: Tour the garden plots and learn more about this amazing community resource run by Neighbor2Neighbor

• Honey Bee Presentations: Meet the Chief Apiary Inspector from the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources and see honey bees in an enclosed hive.

• More than a half-dozen home gardens.

On the morning of the event, tour goers will check in at The Leaf Loft (284 High St.) where they’ll receive their ticket and event program with a map and information about each garden. You can pick up your tickets and event programs starting at 9:30 am. 

This event is rain or shine. Tickets are $20 per person. Children under 10 are free.
