Welcome to Homefield!

We help people who have learning and / or communication disabilities to achieve their goals and realise their potential as active citizens. 

Our students are aged 16 - 25 and have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). Graduates go on to work, further education or vocational study, apprenticeships, voluntary roles, day services and more. 

We also have Day Service provision for adults aged 18+ in the local community who have learning and / or communication disabilities.
