HFS Annual Conference 2025

Homes for Scotland's 13th annual conference takes place on Wednesday 24th September at Dynamic Earth, Edinburgh.

The event centres around the theme of "Homes Build Futures" - our new public campaign which has already received the support of architect and broadcaster George Clarke and will inform, educate and storytell from within and across civic society to challenge public thinking and mobilise consumers to be advocates for more homes in the run-up to next year’s Scottish Parliament election.​

The conference will explore the data, evidence and policy areas impacting the ability of our sector to deliver the homes of all tenures that Scotland needs, not only for the social wellbeing of everyone that lives here but also for the country’s economic growth and success.​

With the event programme currently in development, sessions will cover: ​

• political and housing market outlooks​
• insights on achieving Scotland’s economic and social wellbeing​
• future proofing through change​
• panel debate involving the main political party representatives

EVENT CODE OF CONDUCT
Please note that all attendees are required to abide by our Event Code of Conduct to behave in a professional manner, treat all individuals with respect and dignity and in a way that avoids any harassment or discrimination.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received 14 or more days before the event will be subject to a cancellation fee of £75+VAT per delegate.  Cancellations received less than 14 days before the event will not be eligible for refund.

INVOICE PAYMENTS
Full payment must be received within 30 days from the date of invoice / at least 7 days prior to the event, whichever is the sooner. An administration fee of £75+VAT will be applied to late payments.
