HFS Annual Conference 2026

Homes for Scotland's 14th annual conference takes place on Wednesday 16th September at Dynamic Earth, Edinburgh.

The theme of the event centres around the progress and shape of the More Homes Scotland national housing agency, intended to focus on “simplicity, scale and speed” to enable the delivery of housing of all types to meet need across the country.

The conference will provide delegates with the opportunity to hear member and stakeholder views, put forward their own perspectives and consider the response from our keynote speaker, Cabinet Secretary for Social Justice and Housing Shirley-Anne Somerville, alongside housing spokespersons.

With the event programme currently in development, sessions will cover: ​

• Perspectives and learnings from housing agencies within the UK and Republic of Ireland
• Live policy issues affecting HFS members
• Responses from within Government and other party perspectives

EVENT CODE OF CONDUCT
Please note that all attendees are required to abide by our Event Code of Conduct to behave in a professional manner, treat all individuals with respect and dignity and in a way that avoids any harassment or discrimination.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received 14 or more days before the event will be subject to a cancellation fee of £75+VAT per delegate.  Cancellations received less than 14 days before the event will not be eligible for refund.

INVOICE PAYMENTS
Full payment must be received within 30 days from the date of invoice / at least 7 days prior to the event, whichever is the sooner. An administration fee of £75+VAT will be applied to late payments.
