Get school-ready the fun way!

Our FREE Play and Learn Group will run across 6 weekly sessions between 1.30pm - 3pm offering play activities designed to help your child (for ages 2.5 to 5 years) to build confidence, make friends and practice key skills that will help them when they start school, like sharing, listening and taking turns—all through fun, hands-on activities.

While your little one learns through play, you’ll meet other local parents & carers and pick up simple tips to support your child to feel ready for when their time comes to start school.

The group is run by Home-Start Flintshire at Westwood Primary School, in their early years center. The group is open to all Flintshire families with children aged 2.5 - 5 years who will be attending any primary school setting.
