Bump, Baby and Me

FREE Perinatal group for pregnant and new mums. 

For parents/parents to be who:

- would like to attend groups but are too nervous or feel overwhelmed by the thought of them

- are feeling isolated and lonely

- are looking to meet new people

- are struggling with low mood

- are struggling with confidence

Places are limited, to keep the group small, so must be booked. The group is for non walkers only. This group is open to families living in Flintshire
