Hoopsfix All Star Classic - #HASC18
Sat 2 Jun 2018 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM BST
Brixton Recreation Centre, SW9 8QQ
Description
After a one year hiatus, the Hoopsfix All Star Classic returns for its fourth year, being the ultimate showcase of British basketball talent and culture, with a focus on giving back to the game that has meant so much to all of us.
Supported by Molten, LBTV – livebasketball.tv, BETTER, UELSports, Sportserve Ltd, Hardwood Ventures, 5or6, Basketball Hall of Fame Belfast Classic, Let Me Play, Always Ballin, Mason, and Wilkie TV., the event has undergone a refresh in the format that will still include two games but one will pit the best graduating seniors (Class of 2018) against each other, whilst the other will feature the best underclassmen in the country.
One thing is clear; there have been very few places over the past decade that has featured so much young British talent in one place for people to see.
With the proceeds from the day going to the Hoopsfix Foundation, a not-for-profit that helps fund the Classic with the sole purpose of growing and raising the profile of the game, not only will you be seeing some of the best players this country has produced, but be giving back to the game in the process.
The day will also feature countless giveaways and competitions, music, and crowd involvement games.
If the past three years are anything to go by, we expect to be over-subscribed for this event - in 2016 we sold out in advance and expect it to be the same again. There will be no freebies floating around, and once we hit capacity, due to health & safety we physically will not be able to let anyone else come in.
All we can advise is to book as early as possible - I'll say it again:
*BOOK YOUR TICKET NOW BEFORE THEY ARE ALL GONE*
(this event is being sent out to over 10,000 people)
