The Hoopsfix All-Star Classic's offering for coaches returns for the third year, with the announcement of a nine-speaker coaching conference across Saturday May 27th and Sunday May 28th at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre in South London.

With CPD opportunities for coaches continuing to be hard to come by, the Hoopsfix All-Star Classic will provide nine sessions of on court and off court education with nine leading coaches, on the day before, and morning of, the All-Star showcase.

Once again working with Basketball Coaches Association of the UK, which aims to relaunch for the second time, along with FIBA, a world-class line up of nine speakers have been secured, headlined by Israeli Arik Shivek, the former head coach of the senior Israeli national basketball team, from 2009 to 2014, and Spain's Luis Guil Torres, an assistant coach with the senior Spanish national team who is a reigning World and European champion.

Joining Shivek and Torres will be Bristol Flyers Head Coach Andreas Kapoulas, fresh off a top three BBL Championship finish, Baltic Stars' - one of the leading junior development programmes in the UK - Jordanas Mejeras, London Lions' and renowned skills coach Gary Maitland, British basketball legend Vince Macaulay, Sussex University's Rob Newson, West Ham's Head of Performance & Well-being Jenny Coady, plus MVMT Sport's Co-Founder Simon Turner.

The event will tip off at midday on Saturday 27th May with six speakers on the show court, before moving to workshops off-court on the Sunday morning. There will light refreshments provided along with opportunities for networking.

All tickets - which are priced at £50 - to the conference include access to the Hoopsfix All-Star Classic in the afternoon of Sunday May 28th to watch the top under-19 prospects in the country battle it out.
